Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our products are supplied as sealed packs & we do not take back goods once supplied .
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is confirmed defective with the manufacturer. If any product is found to be defective we will promptly exchange/resend.

How do I cancel an order?

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, contact Customer Support and follow advice
